This past Saturday we managed to get away from work long enough to treat Zack and Kelly to a game of golf at Lit'l Links and we had a blast! I've included some pics to give you an idea of the fun we had but they don't do it justice. We made some really good shots and some not-so-good shots! Ah, the game of golf! LOL! Enjoy!

We're Great-Grandparents!!!

I know that we are a bit young for the great-grandparent scene but we are raising my daughter's cat, Isabel, and she just gave birth to six (that's right! 6!) kittens yesterday afternoon and evening. She is going to be a good mama as she is already feeding them and loving on them. She even appreciates our loving on her. I suppose anyone who has given birth (let alone to 6 babies) would appreciate some loving! Enjoy the pictures! And, yes, we are looking for good, loving homes for all six of them! LOL!

Labor Day at the Johnstons was a welcomed relief from all the work that has been going on lately. Leo, Teresa and Kelsey McGlinn came over as well as Nicholas. Zachary Turns Twenty-Four!

Monday night at the Johnston household was Party Night! Zack and his beautiful girlfriend, Kendra, came over to celebrate his 24th birthday. They were joined by Kristen, Betty, Abner, Cynthia and Tim. Oh, yeah! And Prancy the Dog Princess (who really rules the roost)! We had steak and shrimp off of the grill and birthday cake as well. The only distracting incident was Kristen blowing out Zack's candles before he could! LOL! But she promises that he deserved it for a similiar instance in her younger years. LOL! We all agree that counseling may be necessary for her to recover from her childhood scars! LOL! Seriously, we all had a blast and couldn't be more proud of Zack! Enjoy the pictures I have posted.
